You may have noticed that there many wonderful sites about the fastest growing sport of pickleball. While many of them share great information--their main focus is to get you into "fighting shape" or competitive tournament ready! Whoa, wait, what about just a fun recreational game with friends..... “Recreational sport is defined as sport, exercise and physical activity which takes place in low-level competitive or non-competitive environments and engages participants/individuals at sport events, fitness centres, sport and leisure clubs, and outdoor-based activities.” (Final report, 2020, p. 5) Now this is what we are talking about!
